Preston leads our 8-person framing and siding crews, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier quality. His passion for the daily variety of his job, combined with the joy of working with a fantastic team, drives his commitment to excellence and efficiency. Whether tackling large projects or handling small tasks, Preston ensures homes are completed on time, while meeting our high standards and delighting our customers.

Currently, Preston is instrumental in the development of Harvest Acres, a master-planned neighborhood featuring 150 lots either under construction or in planning, with an additional 33 proposed future lots. This community includes a mix of stand-alone home models and Zero Lot Line twin homes, offering diverse options for homeowners.
